Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using this website or booking a service with Creekside Photo Co. By accessing or using the website and/or scheduling a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Creekside Photo Co. provides photography services including, but not limited to, portraits, weddings, events, family sessions, and commercial shoots. Specific offerings, session durations, and deliverables are detailed on our website and marketing materials.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A 20% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

  • Accepted payment methods include [cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, etc.].

  • Late payments may result in a delay in delivery of final images.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule within 48 hours of your original date.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 8 hours' notice may forfeit the retainer.

  • In the event of illness, weather, or emergency, sessions may be rescheduled at no penalty.

4. Image Delivery and Turnaround

  • Final edited images are delivered within 2-4 weeks after the session unless otherwise stated.

  • Image quantity varies depending on the package chosen.

  • Delivery is through a secure online gallery or download link, unless otherwise arranged.

5. Copyright and Usage

  • All images remain the intellectual property of Creekside Photo Co..

  • Clients are granted personal-use rights to print, share online, and display the photos for non-commercial purposes.

  • Commercial use (advertising, resale, etc.) requires a separate licensing agreement.

  • Creekside Photo Co. retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless a written request for privacy is made at the time of booking.

6. Client Conduct

  • Clients agree to behave respectfully and professionally during sessions, this includes directing children as needed.

  • Any inappropriate, illegal, or dangerous behavior may result in session termination without refund.

7. Liability

  • Creekside Photo Co. is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or venue restrictions.

  • Liability for loss or damage to digital files is limited to the amount paid for the session and does not include retainer fee.

8. Website Use

  • This website and its content (text, photos, logos) are the property of Creekside Photo Co. and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

  • You agree not to use the site for unlawful or abusive purposes.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.
